We think she's getting closer to rolling herself over back to front. She will never lay straight anymore, she always turns herself so that her feet go from the 6:00 position to the 12:00 position. Sometimes she'll make a full spin. We always find her sideways in her playpen and in her crib. Here's a picture of her sideways in the playpen, she's making her classic expression which Marc calls the "oh, hi ma!" face. Whenever she is being mischievous and I "catch" her doing it, I hold my hands out and say what are you doing? And she makes this face back.

Chloe's signature puff of hair on the back of her head has started to curl over so Marc is happy because he thinks this is a sign she has curly hair like him. I'm not positive she has curly hair though because it might just be the weight of her puff causing it to droop/curl over. We called her Coco Puff before she was born and now we call her Puff or Puffy because of her signature hair puff. Whenever she's fresh out of the Blue Whale Spa we say that her puff is at full mast, and when she needs a bath we say her puff is in need of the salon. I'll attach a few pics of tummy time with her puff at full mast.

Her love/hate relationship with Gracie is in a love phase right now. Marc and I had walked away from the playpen and she pulled Gracie to her side all by herself (we didn't put Gracie there) and was smiling when we came up. I'll attach the picture. I think she is more aware of textures now and likes how soft Gracie is. She also hasn't gotten angry and thumped Gracie on the head lately, so that's a step in the right direction for their friendship.

I'm not sure if you remember, but after eating she always threw her arm up in her power pose. Now she doesn't need to eat to do her power pose, she looks you in the eye and holds her fist straight in the air at you. We always respond by yelling "Baby Power!!!" Here's a picture of her reminding us that babies have rights.

Aside from holding her fist up at us, she will hold an open hand up to us sometimes when we walk up to her. We always take her hand and shake it and say "Hello Chloe, nice to meet you." Good manners start young!

Puff and I went to church on Sunday. Her car seat fit well on the church bench next to me, she was awake for the first half and fell asleep for the second half. I'll attach a picture of her while she was awake. When I was there I found out that there's these 3 homeless people on bicycles who come and break into the cars in the parking lot. The parking lot isn't visible from the church windows. There's a guy named Ian and he stood in the parking lot most of the service to guard the cars. After they were gone he came in and it was time for everyone to go kneel at the front, so he guarded Chloe for me when I went to the front. I thought it was funny that Ian is guardian of both cars and babies.
